This Train-the-Trainer course is for EMS providers to teach basic bleeding control techniques to anyone. This course is part of the Department of Homeland Security, Stop The Bleed Campaign sponsored by the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Committee on Trauma (COT).

Attendees should bring any bleeding control equipment/materials they typically use for training purposes. This includes tourniquets, wound packing material, pressure dressings, wound packing models, etc., to be used during the practical portion of the course.
